Interlibrary Loan For our Community Users

Search for your item in libraries all over the world with the WorldCat catalog!

When you find the item you want in WorldCat, click on the title link and then:

1. Click the “ILL” button at the top of the page
2. Enter your first name, last name, and telephone number. For article requests, please enter an email address; we may be able to send you an electronic copy
3. Click Submit

A Kishwaukee College Library staff member will order your item, and we will contact you when it arrives. Please allow up to 2 weeks for books and at least a week for article requests. You’ll need to return or renew books by the due date listed; copies of articles are yours to keep. For more information, please call the Library at 815-825-9330, or visit the Reference Desk.

To borrow items from college libraries all across Illinois, use the myKC portal Library page to make your request through the I-Share system! Our staff will contact you when it arrives at the Library. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to arrive. You’ll need to return or renew items by the due date listed. For more information, please call the Library at 815-825-9330, or visit the Reference Desk.
