Kishwaukee College will be hosting a virtual dialogue, "Racist, anti-Racist, White Privilege & Black Privilege: A Dialogue of Curious Humans Presented with Respect, Understanding, and Facts", on October 29, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. This dialogue will be an interdisciplinary discussion on race and privilege in contemporary life in the United States.
The virtual dialogue will be presented in collaboration with the history department, sociology department and diversity committee. The co-hosts will be: Jennifer Jossendal, Assistant Professor of History; Kimberly Brostrom, Sociology Faculty; and Pernevlon Ellis, Interim Associate Dean in the Office of Instruction. Kishwaukee College is continuing its practice of hosting interactive dialogues on issues of interest to students, faculty, and members of our communities.
