Media Services supports and facilitates the application of media technology and non-print media resources to support and enhance teaching, learning, and administrative services, as well as other campus activities and events. Media Services also provides faculty, students, and staff with a variety of technology resources, equipment and services to the campus community.

I recently changed my KishID password and now I can’t connect to KishID wifi. How do I fix this?
How do I reset my password?
Most likely it is because your instructor hasn’t activated the class yet. Contact your instructor.
Do you have a laptop loan program?
To reset your password, go here. You will need your KishID username, which can also be found on that page.
Is printing available on-campus?
Do you need a Chromebook or Laptop? Contact the Kishwaukee College Help Desk at email@example.com or 815-825-9888 for more information regarding our loan program or for assistance with technology questions.
