Meeting the Changing Needs of Students
There’s more to college than just attending class and completing assignments. Going to college means a new campus, new classes, and new people – it can be exciting and maybe even a little nerve-wracking. You will soon learn your way around campus and begin making new friends, new connections, and new choices. Campus life at Kishwaukee College is what you make it. It is up to you how involved to be, what opportunities to take advantage of, or which campus spot is perfect for studying or meeting friends. You can join clubs and organizations based on academics, social consciousness or your field of study. You can get involved in athletics, student employment, or even study abroad. Getting involved in student organizations is a great way to test your leadership skills or plan, coordinate and evaluate a project or activity.
